Rev. Jeff Aiosa, pastor at Elmgrove Methodist Church, was appointed to serve at Elmgrove on July 1, 2018. Jeff came from Vestal Center UMC and Park Terrace Community UMC.  He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a BS in Physics and a graduate of CRDS with a Masters in theology.

Jeff has served churches in Massena, Oswego, Canastota/Peterboro and Countryside/Victory. He has served his community as Chaplain for the Oswego Fire Dept, Habitat for Humanity, and adult advisor to CCYM. 

Pastor Jeff plays the guitar, is very interested in technology and is excited to be a part of the music ministry at Elmgrove.

Zachary A. Peterson

Zachary A. Peterson is Director of Music at Elmgrove United Methodist Church. He enjoys a multi-faceted career as a pianist, educator, and administrator. Recent engagements include serving as an official pianist for the 2020 Lotte Lenya Competition, accompanying the the 2019 NMEA All-State Chorus with Brady Allred, and performing at the National Trumpet Competition with Jared Wallis. Equally comfortable with musical theater repertoire, he maintains an active schedule as a music director and pianist for various productions, which have included 42nd Street, Assassins, and Spring Awakening. In addition to his position at Elmgrove, he currently serves as the Graduate Advisor at the Eastman School of Music and as an Adjunct Instructor of Music at the University of Rochester, where he co-teaches the Musical Theatre Workshop. Zachary A. Peterson completed his Master of Music degree in piano accompanying and chamber music under the guidance of Jean Barr at the Eastman School of Music. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in collaborative piano and voice performance from Hastings College, where he studied with Ruth Moore and Hillary Watter.
